HAARP WEATHER MACHINE: What are your thoughts on “harp” and weather Warfare? (This question was asked by a subscriber to @ScrewBigGov ): This question is very relevant today because of all the anomalous weather events taking place lately worldwide. I have been investigating this "so-called" conspiracy since before the launch of Google (I will show you the connection).

High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is the official name, but this so-called research is much more than that. It is a tool that can significantly manipulate the weather. At first it could only do this where there was a grid set up, so it was not very effective. Now, there is evidence that this system can travel by plane and be targeted. YES, “targeted” because it is a WEAPON! It is a weapon against civilians.

FACTOIDS: HAARP and Google were created by DARPA (The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and DARPA is funded largely by Dark money from the CIA. Google has ex-Darpa personnel in top positions of their company (which most of you know is Satanic). Beware of large entities connected to Government, Large Businesses and Political figures that use the words “research” or “foundation” in their name (think diversion). In 2009 The U.S. Government launched an easy approval home refinance program that quickly went viral. You may ask how is this relevant? Well, the program was named HARP (90% of the people researching the weather machine at the time used HARP as their search term) this pushed the information which was being highly searched by truthers at the time down at least a DOZEN PAGES virtually erasing it from Google. Think DARPA connection! That was intentional. In 2018 under the Trump administration HARP (loan program ended) but continued under another name. Now the weather HARP or HAARP can easily be found mixed in with results of the loan program when searching Google (a small win for the good guys).

In conclusion: Is HAARP being used today? It seems likely, knowing the history. I would bet that the Good and Bad Guys are working with this technology currently.
