I've seen Candace Owens and Michael Knowles promote this idea that "both sides" of the conflict between Iran and Israel are funded by the United States. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Israel is totally dependent on a constant and unlimited supply of free US military aid in this conflict and in every conflict since it declared independence in 1948. Without billions in US military aid, Israel would not be able to attack its neighbors or even defend itself.

Iran, on the other hand, has been subject to various weapons embargos and financial sanctions since IT declared independence in 1979 such as during the Iranian Hostage Crisis, the Iran-Iraq War, and recently against the Iranian nuclear program. The United States has been directly and indirectly involved in proxy conflicts against Iran, including the Syrian Civil War, Yemeni Civil War, and the current conflict.

What's more— Israel clearly instigated this conflict by bombing the Iranian embassy in Syria. This is as black and white as it gets: Israel aggressed and the US supports Israel, not Iran.
