I've managed to block all porn sites on the network level, meaning all devices connected too my Wi-Fi cannot access porn sites. While it certainly helps kill urges before they manifest, I have to wonder if this is all a crutch? What do you think? Also if you're interested in this form of porn blocking and want to replicate it, let me know but be warned it requires a good amount of technical knowledge.
