I wash my face twice a day. I clean my pillowcase regularly, and I avoid touching my face as much as possible (introducing bacteria).
Yet ever since I began nofap I have had facial acne, slowly at first, but now increasingly bad to where it covers my whole chin. I am not a teenager whose hormones are going wild. I have been acne free for years.

Can anyone else corroborate nofap causing acne??

My test levels are certainly higher than they have ever been (aside from during puberty as a teen), and I'm getting really annoyed. It's quite nasty. I lift & do cardio regularly, have a solid sleep schedule etc.

Someone please tell me what the fuck is going on
