My personal opinion to why HINDALCO isn't performing good. Stock fell totally 20% from October till the date.

1) Rising coal price.

2) Heavy investment in recent plants like Aditya Aluminium, Mahan Aluminium and Hirakud Fabrication plant.

3) Extra investment on environmental pollution checking.

4) Facing tough competition from vedanta and other chinese companies.
