In the last few days, we have surveyed the opinions of attendees and STEW. The majority of all of you who responded have opted to roll over their registration in the event that NFC rolls over to 2023. Thank you so much to those of you who have committed to rolling over your registration and keeping that option available to us. It has helped us a lot.

We have had meetings day and night (literally!), we have analysed the survey results and crunched all the numbers to see what we can do. As it stands right now, we are still slightly short of the number of people we need to commit to rolling over if we are to be able to make this a viable option. We just need a relatively small amount of more people to commit to rolling over their registration.

Thank you to everyone who already committed to rolling over. For everyone else, we have re-opened the poll. If you did not get a chance to respond during the tight deadline, this is your chance. For those who voted no before, we kindly ask you to reconsider, in case you wish to roll over your registration after all.

By rolling over your registration to NFC 2023, you will benefit from:
- The cost you pay for attending will not increase, unlike new registrations for NFC 2023 which will increase in price
- You will keep your spot at NFC, including your badge number, and will not have to deal with the hassle the next time registration opens
- You will also keep your reserved hotel spot
- If you are at one of the non-venue hotels, you may get the opportunity to move to the venue hotel (as rooms free up)

By rolling over your registration to NFC 2023, you will help NFC by:
- Providing us with a way to continue, and go on making fantastic conventions for you in the future
- Allowing us to plan a safer convention for you, our attendees and STEW
- Making us able to plan a better convention for you without the current restrictions on your fun (e.g. dances, parties, large fluffy gatherings)

Please help us make this option viable by following this link and committing to a roll-over to NFC 2023. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at registration@nordicfuzzcon.org.

The window of opportunity is closing. So we will close the poll on Sunday the 9th of January at 20:00 (Swedish Fluffy Time). Answers after that time will not be considered. This is our one chance, so please consider this option. Open / Comment

2022-01-06 19:07:01 Dear NFC family,

In our recent attendee and STEW survey, many of you have indicated that you would be ok with a roll-over. Therefore, we are looking into whether this alternative option is possible, and we really want to hear from you, and what you would prefer!

The alternative option is for NordicFuzzCon to do a roll-over. A roll-over means that the convention would move exactly one year ahead to 22.-26. February 2023. For you, that means that if you commit to a roll-over, your ticket and hotel booking will be valid for the convention scheduled for 2023. In the event of a roll-over of the convention, it would be for all attendees with a badge number, so the entire convention will be postponed for one year. However, this will only happen if enough attendees choose to roll-over their registration. If not, then there is no roll-over for the convention. In this case, your registration for 2022 will still be valid even if you choose to roll it over now. So either way, you will be registered for the next NordicFuzzCon.

Unfortunately, we have only been given a very short timeframe to make this decision. Therefore we need your fast response to this. So please help us by choosing your preference as soon as possible, and at the latest by Friday morning (tomorrow), so Friday the 7th of January at 09:00 CET (9am). We will only hold you to your choice of rolling over if the whole convention rolls-over, and that will only happen if enough people choose to roll their registration over.

As you all know, the convention is scheduled to happen in a few weeks, but right now the number of corona infections is high and rising in most European countries. Therefore, we are currently looking into all options and we really want to hear from you, and what you would prefer!

Therefore we have a short 2 minute survey for all attendees. We hope you will take a few moments to answer it today, as this will greatly help us in our decision making. Since the survey is time-sensitive, it is important to us that you answer it soon. The deadline is tonight, the 6th of January 2022 at 21:00 CET (9 pm).

2021-12-30 23:53:25 We are following the COVID situation closely and are adjusting our response accordingly.

#NFC2022 will still go ahead, unless regulations in Sweden change to make it impossible.

We will make an announcement in the first week of January to provide you with more details about our planned safety measures at the convention.
