In just one week we managed to mobilise nearly 4000 dedicated staff and parents from the Education industry & beyond. Just let that sink in!

2021-09-05 00:40:14 Good morning all! While we don't really pay much attention to mainstream media polls this gives you a good indication of what the public thinks A good sample size of nearly 50000 people.

Only 7% believe school staff should be fully vaccinated. That means 93% aren't too concerned with teachers not being vaccinated. I don't think they worded the answer correctly but we get what they mean.

It goes to show we have a lot more people on our side of the fence then we actually think.

1. Please continue to share the Poll so we have a breakdown of who's United with us.

2. We are meeting tonight with leaders from other professions wanting to coordinate the same strategy as ours for their industry. The movement is growing. We are not alone.

3. There are now multiple cases before the High Court and the NSW Supreme Court against mandatory vaccinations. Good news for us! A lawyer has generously drawn up a letter for us in relation to this which we will implement as part of our strategy. We will give you exact details in a video update Sunday night.

4. Half-Time Speech from Mack coming later today.

5. Sunday night video update with our action plan for the week ahead.

6. Monday night we will commence our Wellbeing Circle via Zoom. An opportunity for you to have a voice, share thoughts, and ask questions.

7. Wednesday night Important Zoom where we will give more details and outline our own (NSW Teachers United) legal proceedings moving forward.

2021-09-03 13:19:57 GOOD NEWS UPDATE! Teachers and Educators stand up straight and hold your heads high. Another Law Firm has launched proceedings in the NSW Supreme Court challenging the validity of vaccine mandates for workers.

This is a broad challenge encompassing all professions and covers a wide range of breaches by the NSW gov't. I have seen the Press Release and it's huge!

This has just come through and is great news to end the week! We must continue our resistance and push back these unlawful mandates. Open / Comment
