Likely parameters at network genesis: (1) Maximum overall annual nominal inflation of 10%, split across all applications (2) Stable Yield staking rate threshold of 30% (above which the Stable Yields mechanism kicks in) (3) Stable Yield anti-dilution constant of 0.5 (only relevant if the staking rate < 30%)
