The more I look into Russia Ukraine relations the more I’m discovering that this is a situation that has been brewing for a very long time. It appears that Ukraine may have been poking the bear while we aided in fueling an already sensitive and growing conflict.
Regardless of the why and the how it is sad when war ensues and lives are taken as a result of it.
John Mearsheimer’s lecture from 6 years ago was quite informative in the conflict that has led us to where they’re at now.
