In a lawsuit filed in New York state court, the politician accused the relative of violating a 2001 settlement agreement by revealing information from tax documents related to Trump's father's inheritance. In his opinion, she took the step out of a desire for revenge and to change the political agenda.
According to the agency, more than 40,000 pages of financial and legal documents containing confidential information fell into Mary Trump's hands during the probate process.
