It is going to be among the three or four largest Recreation cum Sports Complexes in the country, probably after Ahmedabad and Eden Gardens, Kolkata. It is in memory of Late Arun Jaitley who was known to promote youth talent. Funded by the Centre, the Foundation Stone of this project was laid soon after the first death anniversary of Arun Jaitley.
