Lowongan Kerja by openkerja — Telegram Channel

Lowongan Kerja by openkerja runs as a rapid-fire job listing feed for the Indonesian labor market, posting one to three vacancies almost every day rather than settling into a weekly digest. Each post follows the same tight template: company name, job title, required education level, work location, and a link to openkerja.id for the full listing, closed out with a request to like and share.

The range of employers is broad and mixes government-linked and private-sector openings side by side — banks like CIMB Niaga and Maybank Sekuritas, FMCG names such as Unilever, Mayora, and Mustika Ratu, bakery producer Sari Roti's parent company, logistics firm SiCepat Ekspres, and regional BUMN entities like a Jakarta credit guarantee company posting several roles at once. Education requirements span the full spectrum the channel's own description promises, from SMA/SMK vocational-level positions (an AC technician role, for instance) through D3/D4 diplomas up to S1 and S2 degree-holder tracks, including structured graduate programs like management trainee slots. Contract, freelance, and permanent openings all appear without a separate category, and locations cluster around Greater Jakarta but reach into other regions when a company's posting calls for it.

What this channel does well is coverage and consistency: it moves quickly, touches many industries and experience levels in the same scroll, and keeps every post short enough to skim in seconds. What it doesn't do is add anything beyond the listing itself — there's no salary information, no commentary on which roles are worth prioritizing, no filtering by field or region within the channel, and no elaboration on requirements beyond education level and job title. All of the substantive detail — responsibilities, salary range, application process — sits behind the openkerja.id link, so the channel functions purely as a notification layer pointing to an external job board rather than a standalone resource.

This fits Indonesian job seekers across the education spectrum who want a fast, frequent heads-up on new openings and don't mind clicking through for details — fresh graduates and experienced professionals alike, given how wide the education and seniority range runs. It's a weaker fit for anyone wanting curated matches, compensation transparency up front, or in-depth analysis of an employer before deciding whether to apply.
