The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship will provide scholars from developing countries with graduate tuition, air travel expenses and a living stipend to pursue development-related studies at host institutions around the world.
This program runs on an annual basis and since 1987, has funded over 6,000 scholars to forge new dynamic approaches to capacity development and knowledge sharing in the developing world. In 2022, the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program will award over 100 scholarships.
