Job Title: Junior Event planner & executor [URGENT]

Description: Description: We are urgently seeking for a dynamic junior assistant event planner and executor. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, extremely detail oriented, a strong writer, speaker and knowledgeable about the current corporate event industry and can work under pressure.

Qualifications: BA in Marketing, Communication and related fields [Preferably]

- Maximum of 1 year experience in Event planning and organising.

Technical Skills:

⁃ Speaking (fluent in English & Amharic)
⁃ MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), Canva
⁃ Good user skill on social media [Preferably]

Roles & Responsibilities

-Handling event related logistics (venue, rentals etc)
- Writing concept note, letters & proposals
- Communication with service providers & vendors/participants
- Organizing office paperworks
- Assisting in managing company’s digital platforms
- Working on event plan proposals, timeline, cost breakdown, reports
- Assist in overseeing on event activities and act quickly to resolve problems
- Handling communication with stakeholders, vendors, guests
- preparing on event materials (signboards, printing printable
- Assist in event setup
- Assist in planning events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Assisting the managers
- Conduct outdoor activities (sending out applications, invitations, gathering information about venues, attending meetings out of the office ....)
- Managing the social media platforms and creating content [Preferably]

*An experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
