ما در این روز ها به کمک بازخورد هایی که از کاربران ایرانی دریافت کردیم متوجه شدیم که شبکه اینترنت در موبایل و تلفن همراه (mobile data) در برخی ساعات به طور کلی قطع میشود و هیچگونه کانکشنی وجود ندارد. اما برخی از کاربران گزارش دادند که سرور های ما در شبکه های خانگی و کسب و کار (adsl and cable network) بدرستی کار میکنند. ما در این چند روز اخیر تمام تلاش خود را کردیم تا ارتباط و دسترسی ایرانیان به اینترنت امن و بدون محدودیت فراهم باشد. قطعا میدانید که ما یک گروه داوطلب و غیروابسته به سازمان ها و دولت های سراسر دنیا هستیم و هیچگونه کمک مالی از هیچ سازمانی دریافت نمیکنیم و هدایت و نگهداری انجمن Outline توسط گروهی داوطلب از سراسر جهان انجام میشود. ما تمام تلاش خود را برای کمک به داشتن اینترنتی امن و بدون محدودیت کرده و میکنیم. ما همواره قدردان کاربران که از سراسر دنیا به ما پیوسته اند هستیم و خواهیم بود. بنابراین بابت افت کیفیت و شلوغی سرور های Outline در چند روز اخیر از تمامی کاربرانمان پوزش میطلبیم. ما همواره در تلاشیم تا وضعیت سرور ها را بهبود دهیم تا اینترنت امن و بدون محدودیت برای همگان در سراسر جهان در دسترس باشد.
