c) The durability of all Houses of Voivode with Exhaustion will decrease by 1200 HP daily at 00:00 UTC

1) Durability of HoV
For some users, due to premature installation in the slots of the Houses of Voivode, they have a “Durability” equal to 1 000 or another non-maximum HP value.

If you want to have Durability on the max condition - increase the HoV level (if you want to use it now), or wait until tomorrow.

2) Boost
Your HoV card now reflects the maximum boost available at the current HoV level

You can see the real boost that is accrued to your combat group in the "Barracks", where there will be an increased group strength (group strength +% boost * group strength)

If your HoV is currently low in Durability, then the boost will be very low.
