TIPS:
If you have availed Mobikwik Zip Payment and got charged their Activation fee Rs.99.
Then follow these steps:
1. Make a query at "Help & Support" option about ZIP.
2. Make a query about Zip/ make a complaint.
3. May be, they will waive-off the Activation fee after the successful payment of your pending Zip dues.
4. After paying the dues, inform them through the same chat. Then, they will credit back the Activation fee to your Mobikwik wallet.
