I am noticing that in Foreign Market, stocks as well as index have corrected but in Indian Markets, Index has not corrected but the Stocks in our market have corrected heavily. Some have even corrected by 30-40%.
Why is so?
This is because in current scenario, a lot of retail investors have joined investing. Due to Regular inflows through SIPs and other forms from retailers, DIIs are getting stronger day by day. Now when they get excess money, they simply put it in index as it is the safest place to invest. This is the reason why Index is not correcting as much as other stocks are correcting.
A lot of you were asking me this so I thought to inform you how this works. I hope you all learnt something in simple words.

Today I am expecting a gap down opening in the market after which a bearish market. If it opens flat gap down and goes below the blue colored levels then fast bearish momentum could happen but make sure if it goes sideways after going below the blue level, then reversal could happen so it will become a fake breakdown.
