The article quoted an unnamed official as saying that on top of becoming a security guarantor for Ukraine, Kiev is “also expecting that India will participate actively in post-war construction.”
The anonymous diplomat added that “more humanitarian aid, medicines, and some technical and financial assistance” on the part of New Delhi would be very much appreciated as well.
