Based on my observations, 2 things matter most:

1. What you EAT
2. How you THINK

Society has gone crazy due to the modern lifestyle. People eat whatever it’s stable. All now matters for most is to do that “quick”.

Here's how to cope with this craziness:

• Don't skip your meals
• You don't die if you skip!
• Humans aren't supposed to eat all the time
Practice intermittent fasting
• You aren't supposed to eat 3x meals within a day
• Delay the morning portion, but make it earlier for the evening one
• Skip the lunch if you have to
• Avoid Carbohydrates. Double on Proteins and Vegetables/Fruits
• Drink water. Avoid any type of beverages
• Mind what you eat. I mean, be conscious of what you're eating
• Don't tolerate fast foods and processed meals

Remember, your body is your temple.

If you want to be successful and happy in this life, you gotta put solid discipline to your DIET.
