SUBJECT: COVID Injection Informed Consent
TO: Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, Coast Guard
This is your wakeup call about the so-called “COVID vaccine.” It is NOT a vaccine; it is an experimental gene therapy injection. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) admits this fact. Read on!
1. Not mandatory. None of the COVID-19 injections are FDA approved. They are experimental and are only approved for “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA). Clinical trials are ongoing and will not be completed until late 2022 and 2023. Read the law on the EUA. That means it is Illegal to order anyone to get inoculated. In order for the injections to be mandatory, The President himself must sign an Executive Order mandating the shot for service members and that has not happened yet.
The CDC has itself noted that it is illegal and unethical to mandate EUA vaccinations. This was recently confirmed at an Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices meeting in August 2020.
2. Informed Consent. The EUA law specifically states that before providing any EUA products, like the COVID injections, those providing it must “ensure that individuals . . . [must be] informed . . . of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” They must tell you that it is voluntary, as well as the potential side effects to include: heart problems, brain tumors, infertility, erectile dysfunction, and death, among others.
The definition for “informed consent,” includes, “An agreement to do something or to allow something to happen, made with complete knowledge of all relevant facts, such as the risks involved or any available alternatives. For example, a patient may give informed consent to medical treatment only after the health care professional has disclosed all possible risks involved in accepting or rejecting the treatment. A health care provider or facility may be held responsible for an injury caused by an undisclosed risk.”
Informed consent also requires that you be made aware of all ingredients in the injectable being provided. Statements that claim investigational test articles are safe or effective for the purposes for which they are being investigated are prohibited.
Are those giving you the vaccine liable if you get sick or worse? Maybe. Can you sue the military if you get sick or worse, claiming medical malpractice? Maybe.
3. Harassment. Are you being harassed or threatened to get this experimental vaccine? What can you do? You can file an Article 138 claim against your command for harassment. Remember though, they are following orders from the top. Information is your best weapon. Tell everyone you know how dangerous the vaccine is. With viral exposure survivability rate of 99.98% across all age groups in the military, you must ask yourself, your command and others why do we need this experimental gene therapy injection. If you are young and healthy, why would you need the vaccine? If you have had COVID, why would you need the vaccine? Finally, ask them this: if they got the vaccine and are therefore protected, why would they care what you do? They probably do not have answers. If you get the vaccine does that mean you will not get COVID? Nope! Does it mean you cannot spread it? Ask: why do those who have not had the vaccine have to be quarantined? Why do they have to wear a mask? Why?
