One British millionaire Richard Branson bought the island in 1982, and equipped for himself and his family solely as a vacation spot. He built four villas, planted gardens around. But, you know, keeping your “cottage” in the middle of the ocean all year round is not very profitable, and then Branson decided to rent out the island. So his island became the most expensive resort in the world. The minimum cost of being on the island is
