Not all that enhances in the internal auditory canals is a schwannoma!
If bilateral non-mass like enhancement, think meningitis, sarcoidosis, Lyme disease or carcinomatosis/lymphoma.
Unilateral linear enhancement with ear vesicles think Ramsay Hunt.
