DXN Holdings Bhd (5318) home grown global consumer health and wellness company is making its debut on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia today.

Oversubscribed by 3.2x at IPO price of RM0.70 with market capitalisation of RM3.49 billion.

It is raising RM112 million from this listing exercise with the bulk of money goes towards repayment of bank borrowings and for working capital.

FY23 it achieved profit after tax of RM289.3 million (+17.9% higher than previous year).
