Sheikh Ibn Bāz may Allāh have mercy on him.

«Were it not for the favour of Allāh, you would have been in a worse state than what you are currently in.

(Such as) If you were poor, had it not been for the favour of Allāh you would have been even poorer. If you were short, had it not been for the favour of Allāh you would have been even shorter. If you had an unpleasant appearance, had it not been for the favour of Allāh your appearance would have been worse, and so on.

So upon every person is to praise Allāh for what he has been granted from the great blessings and good.

One should be *steadfast upon the obedience of Allāh*, adhere to His commandments, refrain from His prohibitions, and beseech his Rabb for steadfastness and firmness upon the truth.

One should also *ask his Rabb for a good ending*; for this world is a place of action, your stay here is temporary; for a short term. Your abode is ahead of you and your (eternal) life is ahead of you.

Thus, *strive for the eternal life and everlasting delights.*
As for this world, it is perishable, its delights shall perish, its evils shall end, its good shall perish, its bounties shall perish, its riches shall perish, everything shall perish.

And ahead of you lies an abode whose delights are everlasting and its punishment is forever.
Therefore, *strive for the abode whose delights are eternal, and beware of an abode whose horrors and punishment is eternal.»*

2022-05-01 21:07:29 Sheikh Salih Al Fawzān - May Allāh protect him - said:

« So a person should increase in seeking forgiveness from Allāh when finishing the acts of obedience and when ending the acts of worship, like at the end of Month of Ramadān, so a Muslim whom Allāh granted him the ability to fast, and to stand in the prayer, it's upon him to follow it with seeking forgiveness and breaking down in front of Allāh -
The Sublime and Exalted- and he shouldn't think that he carried out the act of worship as it should have been because he doesn't know it could be that there is a lot of shortcomings in it, and he should consider what he did is little in front of the rights of Allāh - The Sublime and Exalted - ».

*| My Beloved Mother, *
A great month is approaching
We wait for it eagerly!

I know the burden upon you is heavy!
*| But do I have a share of your schedule?*

We are not in need of decorating the home,
For our hearts have more priority to be prepared.

*• Let us continue reading the morning & evening invocations, so that The Beneficent may protect us.*
• We must not become negligent of the supplications of sleep.
*• Remind me, as you normally do, to repeat the after the adhaan (call to prayer) and to make du’aa (supplicating to Allaah) between adhaan and iqaamah.*
• Dedicate some of your time for me; so we may recite the short chapters of the Qur’aan, or read from stories of the Prophets, or we may learn a benefit from the Religion, or we may play together.


Be a role model for me in good morals, and in remembering Allaah, in giving charity, in having fear of Allaah, *and all that leads us close to Allaah The Almighty.*


* Upbringing requires from you a lot of diligence, so always beseech Allaah to grant you sincerity and to aid you upon that. ~*
