Dimensions: To sit 1000 people with office space and reasonable parking lot.
Timeline: One Year (2023)
Cost Implication: 15 - 20 million

Phase 2 - Building
Expectations: Modern tent for main hall. Permanent structure for office space.
Timeline: One year after purchase of land (2024)
Cost implications: 7 - 15 million

Interim Solution:
Retain current venue for midweek services and hire additional space for Sunday evenings
Expectations: Hall within the Okumagba Avenue axis. Can sit at least 500 people.
Timeline: Immediate
Cost Implication: Additional 1.5- 2M to current 800K annual rent.

Alternatively, move permanently to a bigger space pending land purchase and building.
Expectations: New venue must have office space, accommodation space and possibility for expansion (overflow)
Cost implications: 2.5 - 3M per annum.
