New Judge in AZ/hearing:


“I'm not persuaded that rights of voters in Maricopa County are being protected."


Next hearing 10:30 am Wednesday on whether Cyber Ninjas can bar public & media from seeing docs on procedures and from hearings on subject.



(I don’t get why the Ninjas would send in the lawyer to force the recusal of the other judge - but that’s just me)
