Those are, instead, *Q's hashed IP,* meaning it's taking Q's IP and disguising it.

Whomever showed him this was a MOD, BO or Admin

Mods see a hashed IP for each post, so they can tell which posts came from the same IP, but not know the IP itself.

That can only be seen by users with the permission level "global volunteer"
