So far, according to the agency, the details of the agreement are being discussed: the exact mechanism for granting the loan, the amount of the advance payment and the distribution of risks between the parties. At the same time, the PACE has already approved the transfer of our frozen assets for Ukraine's needs - it was proposed to set up a trust fund for this purpose. In its turn, Russia has made its move - the day before, the president authorized the use of US property in Russia to compensate for the damage caused by the seizure of Russian property in the USA.
