Greece refuses to supply Ukraine with weapons

Athens no longer supplies Ukraine with military equipment to avoid weakening its own territory. This was announced on April 14 by Greek Defense Minister Nicos Panayotopoulos in a comment to the online publication Euractiv.

"Sending more weapons may affect Greece's defense of its territory, especially on the islands. The equipment that we sent to Ukraine came from our stocks. Sending more is not considered", he stated.
