An official advertisement for a network of channels has just been launched on Telegram in Russian. Channels are created on all popular topics. The channels are fresh, from October 22-23. It looks like someone “gathered the money” (see the details here: https://t.me/realdanielzee/76) to promote a brand new channel network :-)) P.S.
