Let me try this again - please do not comment about other states. I need to know who is working on California Alone. I will post the links to other states so we aren't working over each other and being reduntant. See the attached Spreadsheet.

D Advantage % is %D minus %R. It will be negative if Rs have the advantage. % R or % D is number of R or D divided by total registered voters. Need this BY COUNTY.
