Six persons sits around a triangular table such that three of them sit at the corners and the rest on the middle of the side. Some of them face inside while some outside. They also like different fruits viz. Apple, Mango, Litchi, Orange, Grapes, Guava. P sits second to the right of T and does not sit at the corner of the table. The one who likes Orange faces the one who likes Grapes. U sits immediate right of R and none of them is an immediate neighbour of T. The one who likes Apple sits at the corner of the table but is not an immediate neighbour of T. R does not like Apple. Only two persons sit between the one who likes Mango and the one who likes Apple. S likes Litchi and faces outside the center. Q sits second to the left of S. Q is not an immediate neighbour of P. The one who likes Guava and the one who likes Orange are immediate neighbours. U faces same direction as T.

छह व्यक्ति त्रिभुजाकार मेज के चारों इस तरह से बैठे हैं कि उनमें से तीन कोने पर बैठे हैं और शेष भुजा के मध्य पर बैठे हैं। उनमें से कुछ अंदर की ओर उन्मुख हैं जबकि कुछ बाहर की ओर उन्मुख हैं। साथ ही वे अलग-अलग फल पसंद करते हैं अर्थात् : सेब, आम, लीची, नारंगी, अंगूर, अमरूद। P, T के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है और मेज के कोने पर नहीं बैठा है। नारंगी पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति, अंगूर पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति की ओर उन्मुख है। U, R के ठीक दायें बैठा है और उनमें से कोई T का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है। सेब पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति, मेज के कोने पर बैठा है लेकिन T का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है। R, सेब पसंद नहीं करता है। आम पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति और सेब पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के बीच में केवल दो व्यक्ति बैठे हैं। S, लीची पसंद करता है और केंद्र से बाहर की ओर उन्मुख है। Q, S से बायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। Q, P का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है। अमरुद पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति और नारंगी पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति निकटतम पड़ोसी हैं। U उसी दिशा की ओर उन्मुख है जिस दिशा की ओर T उन्मुख है।
