Eight persons are living in an eight storey buildings in which ground floor is numbered 1 and top floor is numbered as 8. They all belong to different profession and like different colours.
A is not a Teacher and he likes Yellow color. H lives on 4th floor and he is a Lawyer. There are three floors in between the one who is a Lawyer and A. The one who is a Doctor lives below H who likes White colour. The ones who are Teacher or Engineer live on either top floor or bottom floor. D lives immediate above the floor on which the one who is a Doctor lives. There are two floors between D who likes Black and the one who is a Pilot. There is same number of floors in between D and B, and D and F who lives below D. C lives immediate above E. The one who is a Scientist lives below the one who is an Architect but the one who is an Architect does not live on seventh floor. The one who likes blue colour lives above fifth floor. G is not a banker. The one who is a teacher lives immediate below the one who likes purple colour. The one who likes green colour lives on an even numbered floor above the one who likes brown colour. F does not like grey colour.
