There are seven boxes viz. A, B, C, D, E, F and G. All the box are of different colour viz. Red, black, blue, yellow, cream, violet and orange but not necessarily in the same order. All the box are arranged from top to bottom.

Box D is immediately above the yellow colour box. More than three boxes between cream colour box and orange colour box. There are two boxes between the box B and box E, which is of red colour. There is only one box between box E and box G. There are three box between box G and box A, which is of black colour. There are two boxes between box A and box C, which is of violet colour. The orange colour box is immediately above the box G. More than three boxes between the yellow colour box and the cream colour box.

यहाँ सात बॉक्स अर्थात. A, B, C, D, E, F और G है. सभी बॉक्स अलग-अलग रंग के है अर्थात. लाल, काले, नीले, पीले, क्रीम, बैंगनी और नारंगी परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. सभी बॉक्स उपर से नीचे की ओर व्यवस्थित किये गए है.

बॉक्स D, पीले रंग के बॉक्स के ठीक उपर स्थित है. तीन से अधिक बॉक्स, क्रीम रंग के बॉक्स और नारंगी रंग के बॉक्स के मध्य स्थित है. यहाँ दो बॉक्स बॉक्स B और बॉक्स E के मध्य स्थित है, बॉक्स E जोकि लाल रंग का बॉक्स है. यहाँ केवल एक बॉक्स, बॉक्स E और बॉक्स G के मध्य स्थित है. यहाँ तीन बॉक्स बॉक्स G और बॉक्स A के मध्य स्थित है, बॉक्स A जोकि काले रंग का बॉक्स है. यहाँ दो बॉक्स, बॉक्स A और बॉक्स C के मध्य स्थित है, बॉक्स C बैंगनी रंग का बॉक्स है. नारंगी रंग का बॉक्स, बॉक्स G के ठीक उपर रखा है. तीन से अधिक बॉक्स, पीले रंग के बॉक्स और क्रीम रंग के बॉक्स के मध्य स्थित है.
