Eight persons J, K, L, M, N, O, R, S are sitting in a linear arrangement. Some of them face north while some of them face south direction.

Both L and N are immediate neighbour of each other but both of them face opposite direction to each other. Only two persons sit between L and M who sits at an extreme end of the row. S sits third to the right of O and K sits second to the left of S. O faces in north direction. K faces same direction as O but S faces its opposite direction. R is not an immediate neighbour of K. Both M and R face same direction as S and Both N and J faces same direction as K.

Eight persons P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W go for a vacation in different months of a year viz . March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October. S goes in a month which has 31 days.

Three persons go for vacation in between R and S. P goes for a vacation immediately before T but not in a month which has 31 days. Only two persons go for vacation in between W and Q. T goes in a month before S. Only one person goes in between U and V. W goes before S. U does not go after Q.

Holi is celebrated in the month of 30 days. Diwali is celebrated before Eid and after Lohri. Three festivals are celebrated between Baisakhi and Christmas which is celebrated just after Onam. Baisakhi is celebrated just after Bihu which is celebrated in the month which has less than 31 days. Eid is celebrated before October.

Six family members U, V, W, X, Y and Z performed six classical dances from Monday to Sunday at Nirman Vihar, but not necessarily in the same order.
