Dear Lt. Governor Hosemann and Speaker of the House Phillip Gunn and every other Legislator who has exemplified selfishness, corruption, and oppressive behaviors which now put you in the category of “Tyrannical,”

Only FORTY FIVE Words in the Declaration of Independence (which might strike a nerve for Lt. Hosemann since he told President Trump to jump in the Gulf Of Mexico) set forth THREE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES that would later be the pillar of both state and federal bills of rights.

1. There is a Creator. Yes, there is a Higher Power than you all to which you are subject. That is the first Component of Good government: to recognize you aren’t God and that He is. Alone.

2. There are specific inalienable rights. Some rights come from God. Others from Government, but ONLY those given by government can be regulated by government. IF A RIGHT IS INALIENABLE, it COMES FROM GOD. DIRECTLY SO. THEREFORE, you can get your hands off of them. You’re inferior to God. These rights will never be erased by your mortal bodies.

3. Your entire existence as a legislator is to secure these rights. Governments are instituted among men for precisely this purpose. You are to declare and enforce our natural rights and sacred duties, and you are to strip us of NOT ONE of them.

Men are depraved which is why we are a nation of laws and not men; you’re prime examples. It’s not your jurisdiction to interfere with God-given rights which include but are not limited to:

LIFE
LIBERTY
PRIVATE PROPERTY
SELF DEFENSE
JUSTICE
SPEECH
ASSEMBLY
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

You deep state establishment type cannot repeal, restrain, suffocate, steal, pervert, manipulate, strangle, or kill what God established. You have zero authority to regulate them. ZERO.

You two, specifically, are in violation of your Oaths of Office to the United States Constitution and the Mississippi State Constitution. Worse, you’re in violation of your Oath before God. Oaths are Biblical Precepts, covenants in nature.

We will not stop until you are fully exposed and relieved of your posts which you’ve disgraced.
