Ola Barnabas is a thoroughbred professional with over 15 years’ experience in professional writing, public speaking, life coaching, business consultancy and business building/development.

As an author, Ola is a national award-winning writer of over 18 own books with more than 12 of them published. Amongst his published works are widely celebrated academic administration and management text used in various universities and other tertiary institutions across the country, and personal development, entrepreneurship and SME development books. He is a shadow writer and Process and Thought Specialist.
As a Consultant, Ola has been directly involved in the building and development of tens of SMEs with about 100 clients spread across the country.

He also consults for Nigerian Institute of Management as a resident resource fellow; he consults for International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) – an international research NGO where he helps farmers, processors and other critical actors to develop sustainable businesses along the various agricultural value chain; he is a lead trainer for various local consultancy/training firms on themes covering Finance, Marketing/Sales, Productivity and HR.

He is the principal of Rayleads Consulting – a training firm for corporate private and public officers in all industries. He is a Process consultant with wide models that have been adopted by several SMEs to unearth the latent profits in their businesses, improve operational excellence and create unusual consumer experience. Through direct training and collaborative efforts, Ola has facilitated well over 1500 trainings in over 12 different industries in different parts of Nigeria.

As a Public Speaker, Ola reaches out to about 20,000 young people annually directly in conferences, workshops and on NYSC orientation camps and indirectly to thousands more as he speaks on themes ranging from entrepreneurship to societal building with audiences cutting across all divides – religion and region. He is a regular public affairs analyst on the popular Good morning Nigeria show on CoolFM Kano every Friday morning as well as at special intervention moments.

As an entrepreneur, Ola is the CE of Woolcot Enterprises – producers of cotton wool and dealers in Agro products, Lanre Integrated Farms and Agro Enterprises and Sanjane Publications – printers and book publishers. He is the convener and host of the renowned “Purpose, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Conference.”
He is a mentor to several hundreds of young people whom he relates to directly through his mentoring platforms off and online.
