A Paris cemetery can teach us a lot about our current fight for freedom
I stumbled upon a cemetery in Paris and decided to do my daily prayers while walking through it.
It helped me meditate on a few things.
1. Life is fleeting, so make sure you leave it a better place than you found it.
2. People in WW2 died fighting for freedom. Our enemy is the same but it looks very different.
3. Their neighbours dobbed each other in and denied what was happening…just like people are doing today. They can’t handle the truth…I don’t blame them.
4. It’s our duty to fight for freedom so their deaths weren’t in vain.
Correction - when I said the French were fighting communism, I meant NAZIS. However I believe Nazis are communistic in nature. I’m not a history scholar clearly…but that’s not the point of my video :-)
