Why is Mark wrong?
He says “The WHO is a Member State led organisation.” EXCEPT THAT THE WHO IS FUNDED 84% BY ITS DONORS. The biggest non-member donor is the Gates Foundation.
He says “The WHO has no legal authority to force countries to accept any of its recommendations”. WRONG if a FOI document, is right “At the meeting held from 18-21 July 2022, it was agreed, that the instrument should be LEGALLY BINDING.”
He says “Australian law can only be changed by an act of the Parliament, not by any international treaty or other legal instrument.” The IHR Amendments only require a majority vote from the WHA and they will be passed and binding upon Australia, if we remain a WHO Member Nation.
They do not seek to change Australian law, they will change international laws that we are a legally bound to.
Is @MarkButlerMP just wrong or is he misleading the people of Australia? You be the judge, but either way we are in harm’s way.
