There are already ELECTED First Nation voices in parliament like Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa (Price) who is voting NO.

We support her on this issue and will be sharing a lot of her content.

A very well known supermarket in France decided to go cashless.

A group of 50 people got together and agreed that they would all do a big shop on the same day. Pilling their trolleys to the brim and each person getting to the checkout - the human check out, not the machines - and having everything scanned before bringing cash out.

The staff were absolutely overrun. There management in a complete tizz, everyone repeatedly, calmly and in a very organised and polite fashion acting as if they knew nothing...refused to offer cards for payment.

The supermarket reinstated cash.
.....

Petrol stations : filling up with fuel then only having cash to pay.
......

Restaurants : groups of friends going out for dinner and nobody taking phones or credit cards, only cash ...
.....

They are doing it in every single area of France. Simply refusing to be part of it.

The reason it works is because it's organised in large groups. One person here and another there doesn't work. It needs to be really carefully constructed. Open / Comment

2023-04-19 09:50:57 This is not going well for Monash Council. They've turned their phones off, commenting off and are probably in crisis mode.

People will not sit back and allow this to continue. We have to speak up now...and send a clear message that children are NOT the target audience for drag queen ADULT entertainment.

If parents want that type of entertainment for their kids, they can do it in private not at council venues that WE PAY FOR! no way! Open / Comment

Thanks to passionate locals, Cairns Regional Council has reversed their push to go cashless.
Their were meant to go cashless in all their facilities…not anymore :-)
