When I cross-examined Elon for 8 hours in August of 2019 in a pre-trial deposition under oath, I concluded as a trial lawyer that he was BORING!!! I also concluded that he was “nowhere” close to being a “genius!!!” In fact, I concluded that he was the exact opposite of a genius.
Of course, I am imperfect so I could be wrong in my assessment.
But after examining him on the witness stand in December of 2019 in the Unsworth v. Musk “jury” trial for another 4+++ hours, my assessment of his mental prowess (or the lack thereof) did not change.
Of course, this assessment was based primarily on my opinion at the time, honed by my 40+++ years of experience as a trial lawyer.
