Friendzoned CEO Sues Object of his Infatuation for $2.3m
K. Kawshigan’s “stellar reputation” was brought into disrepute by Nora Tan after she repeatedly rebuffed his advances, he claims in court documents, adding she caused him “trauma, depression and impacts” to his life.
The pair fell out when Tan told Kawshigan she saw him as no more than a friend, and suggested limiting interactions because he was causing her “genuine” discomfort - but later agreed to try to improve their relationship by attending counselling sessions.
Tan again reneged in 2022, wanting to set stricter boundaries on their dialog, sending him a list of “improvements” she expected from him - but Kawshigan now claims she has breached the agreement and is suing over the heartbreak.
