Big Tech Layoffs Continue, With Amazon Laying Off Thousands
Amazon announced on Monday that the company would dismiss some 9,000 employees amid efforts to become more efficient.
The headcount reduction at the technology behemoth comes after approximately 18,000 employees were dismissed at the beginning of the year. This layoff is mainly in the business sector.
