Niantic has revealed the rules, time slot and badges design of Kythera Anomaly, and Phase 1, RGNN summarized for you:

Procedure:
Each phase will feature 100 locations.
Phase 1 happened from Apr 15 1100 UTC to Apr 18 1100 UTC, that’s also for Agents’ deployed Battle Beacons.
Official NIASection14 deployed Rare Batte Beacons happen Apr 17 between 1430 and 1730 local time.

Scoring (NEW):
Each official 100 locations will have total 13 points, distributed according to the ratio of weighted Battle Beacon Point Values they earned from NIA-deployed Rare Battle Beacons.
Agent-deployed Rare or Very Rare Battle Beacons for each phase is worth a total of 260 points globally, to be distributed to the two Factions according to the ratio of weighted Battle Beacon Point Values

As before, interact with 10 and more Battle Beacons will earn Kythera Medal, and the design of it, also paid badge for this Phase, Klue 15, are revealed.
