Niantic has announced the first limited time event badge with multiple scoring points: Eos Imprint.

From May 26, 16:00 UTC to June 6, 16:00 UTC, earn the Eos Imprint medal by accumlating points from following:

25 points for each field of 50k+ MU created
16 points for each Portal Scan successfully uploaded
9 points for each link of 1km+ in length created
4 points for each Portal captured
1 point for each Glyph pattern correctly drawn

New metric EOS Points Earned will be added to agent profile, and the medal will come with three tiers:

Gold: 8000 points
Silver: 4000 points
Bronze: 2000 points

Winning factions of Kythera Anomaly series will have 25% bonus of Eos Points retroactively added, and possible upgrading to higher medal.

During the time period following will also be enabled:

Links shorter than 8km in length can be created under Fields (all other preconditions still apply)
9-minute Drone cooldown
