Banks are closing up everywhere. The ones that are open have skeleton crews.
Commercial real estate is in free fall. Big box and grocery remain. Almost no new biz or small biz opening anywhere.
Yet, they still are building housing and mixed use all over. It can’t keep going on like this much longer.
