Outpost Live Again & Fully Safe

Last night we had an Outpost exploit where one of our team members was buying Genesis Ships off of the Outpost, and they were front run by a bot. This happened by the bot buying the ship quicker than the original buy transaction and relisting it higher before the original could go through. In this case, it was relisted to the target wallet balance - 1 DPS which took majority of the buyer’s funds.
We’ve now adjusted our contract and UI to prevent this from happening in the future by checking for the exact list price and rejecting transactions that do not match.
Let us clarify that everyone’s wallets are safe and this was not a hack. Just a bad actor taking advantage of the time delays on the app. This occurs frequently on OpenSea as well.
As a reminder we will be offering a Bug Bounty program and more will be disclosed shortly as we finish up the implementation of this with our partner.

The DEEPSPACE Team has identified an issue with ship sales and are working with the to investigate and resolve. In the meantime we have taken ship sales offline to investigate further.
