Retail Inc. company is looking for a *Brand Manager* to join our team and responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the Lebanese targeted market with minimum 2 years of experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Brand budgeting and forecasting
•Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget
•Responsible of the P&L
•Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
•Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
•Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends
•Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the best choices
•Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust strategies accordingly
•Negotiate the right deal with suppliers
•Create business strategies to attract new customers
•Manage, train and motivate a team of people to maximize profitability
•Meet sales targets
•Respond to customer complaints and concerns in professional manner
•Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
•Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
•Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities to ensure brand remains up to date on social media
•Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
•Monitor inventory levels and follow up on new items
•Develop and implement action plans to correct any deficiencies.
Key Skills:
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business management
•Minimum 2 years of Experience in a managerial role
•English is a must
•Brand awareness
•Strong relationship management skills.
•Exceptional written, verbal and report presentation and communication abilities.
•Microsoft office proficiency
