Needed: A junior accountant of 1-2 years experience.

Company: Power Link SAL
Field: Generators, spare parts, and engineering designs
Location: Mtayleb- La Collina street

Duties:
 Manage all accounting transactions
 Prepare budget forecasts
 Publish financial statements in time
 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
 Ensure timely bank payments
 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
 Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
 Audit financial transactions and documents
 Coordinate office procedures
 Be the liaison between office and workshop departments
 Follow up executed work for invoicing
 Check stock data entries post receiving invoices.

Requirements
Proven experience as a junior accountant
Excellent organizing abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. UNO, dolphin,etc..)
BA in accounting
